The order placed can be checked by accessing your MY AREA profile (the icon at the top right). From the menu on the left, click on MY ORDERS and the list of products you have ordered will appear. Each product will appear as ACCEPTED / IN FILLING / SHIPPED depending on the order status.
All credit cards of the Mastercard, Visa and Visa Electron circuit are accepted or you can select "Paypal" as payment method.
No worries, you can reset your password in just a few steps. Click the link to start the reset of your password and follow the instructions. If you still can't resolve your issue, send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All deliveries are shipped through BRT Express Courier.
Haven't received your shoes yet? Login and check your order status (click the icon right to the top. If the order status is SHIPPED, send an email with your details at email@example.com or call the 041445111: our customer care will immediately track your package and update you on its status. If more than 48 hours have elapsed and your order still appears as ACCEPTED or PROCESSING, contact us at the above references and we will update you on the timing.
All orders normally arrive within 2-3 days of shipping, unless otherwise noted.
