DELIVERY

BARCA offers the following delivery methods:

Italy Delivery

Standard shipping (2 - 3 working days*): always free!!
*Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

International Delivery / EU Delivery

Standard shipping (4 - 5 working days*):when you are checking out of your shopping beg at the time of payment, it immediately appears your shipping tariff according to your country.

Pick-up in store in Italy

«Click and Collect» in one of Barca's stores all over Italy - Free of charge
You have 7 working days to pick up your order at the store upon presentation of proof of identity.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you automatically receive an e-mail from us and also from our GLS delivery partner to tell you and give you the parcel tracking number. In this way you can then track your parcel at any time.

BARCA offers the following returns:

EXCHANGE is always free. Both for domestic and international orders.

  • To request the exchange of a product/size, the Customer must follow the return procedure and place a new exchange order online (only if you have chosen a voucher of the equivalent value to the amount spent as a refund). Return and reshipment costs are free of charge. You can use the voucher that will be sent after receiving the package in our warehouse.
    The return of the items must be received at Barca S.R.L., located in Via Treviso, 83 30037, Scorzè (VE) within 7 days from the written authorization to the Customer by the Returns department of www.barcastores.com.

RETURN

  • To request return authorization, you must register on the site, log in and enter the reserved area within 14 days of receiving the items. In the reserved area, you can search the order in which you can select the product for which you intend to make a return request, indicate the reasons and methods that are refund or voucher expendable on www.barcastores.com. Once the return request has been received, www.barcastores.com will send you a written confirmation of receipt requested.
  • Once your request is received and we schedule a pick-up day for the return with GLS, you will have to prepare the package with the product or products you intend to return and deliver it to the courier who will pick it up directly at the place indicated for the agreed return.
  • When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The transaction takes up to 30 working days. Please note that if you keep part of an order the shipping cost will not be refunded. You will be refunded entirely the cost of the product.
    In any case, inside the package you will receive, you will find a sheet with instructions to follow for the return procedure with also the label.
  • The return of the items must be received at Barca S.R.L., located in Via Treviso, 83 30037, Scorzè (VE) within 7 days from the written authorization to the Customer by the Returns department of www.barcastores.com.
  • Returns of products from the UK, Switzerland and other non-EU countries that require customs, the return costs are borne by the customer. They will be paid in advance by Barca Stores and then reversed by the value of the refund.


BARCA RETURN POLICY

  1. We offer a return period of 14 days from the day you receive your package.
  2. Items must not have been clearly worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. Each item must be returned with all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order. All items must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way. Otherwise any damage may cause a charge up to 100%, depending on the damage.
  3. In the case you receive defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by barcastores, you are required to follow the same ‘refund’ instructions written above. Barcastores reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and we will take charge of shipping costs for the return of goods at our premises.
  4. All returned items are subject to quality control activity by BARCA staff and the items you return must meet all the parameters listed in the return procedure. Barcastores reserves the right to establish a charge equal to 100% of the value of the returned goods in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of our returns policy.
  5. Barcastores reserve the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns sent by couriers other than GLS. Acceptance of such returns shall in any case entail a charge equal to 100% of the value of the returned goods.
