During sale periods or public holidays or high workload periods , shipping times may be extended to 3–5 working days.
For shipments departing to the UK, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries that require customs clearance and any additional applicable charges, all related costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You have 7 working days to pick up your order at the store upon presentation of proof of identity.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you automatically receive an e-mail from us and also from our GLS delivery partner to tell you and give you the parcel tracking number. In this way you can then track your parcel at any time.
Returns are always free in Italy and Europe.
Once you have received your package, you have 14 days to request a return if needed.The product must be returned complete with its original packaging, intact in all its parts, and without any signs of use or alteration.

The return parcel must be delivered by you to the most convenient BRT FERMOpoint store/partner (FREE OF CHARGE).At this link you can find the list of all BRT FERMOpoints available in the territory;

-If you reside in ALL OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES NOT LISTED ABOVE
The parcel will be collected from your home address (FREE OF CHARGE).
1) Connect to the following link and fill in the required data: www.barcastores.com/it/rma/guest/login/
(Pay attention to fill in ALL required fields: ORDER ID (do NOT enter #, only the numeric fields of your order ID, e.g. 000123456), BILLING LAST NAME, EMAIL/ZIP CODE).
NB: Fill in the fields exactly as entered during the order (e.g. check spaces / uppercase-lowercase / etc.).
Alternatively, if you have already registered and created an account on our website at the time of the order, you can request the return through the RETURNS section within your personal account area.
2) Once you have accessed the page indicated above, proceed by filling in the mandatory forms:

Once you have correctly created the return request (points 1 and 2), you will see a RETURN CASE NUMBER, then you will receive a return receipt confirmation email from info@barcastores.com and, when your request is subsequently processed, one of our operators will contact you through the form/CHAT to explain how to print the return label to be applied to the parcel and provide you with the necessary instructions for delivering the parcel to the FERMOpoint BRT most convenient for you.
You will find the messages in the chat within the return page. To access that chat relating to the return procedure, where you communicate with our operators, we recommend, for simplicity, accessing it through the underlined link found in the return receipt confirmation email.
Please remember that our operator will write to you through that chat to provide all details regarding your return shipment and explain the procedure for delivering the parcel to the FERMOpoint BRT most convenient for you.
3B) IF YOU ARE IN ALL OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES NOT LISTED ABOVE, PLEASE READ BELOW:
FOR THESE COUNTRIES THE AVAILABLE FREE RETURN METHOD IS COLLECTION AT YOUR ADDRESS BY THE COURIER.

4) In addition to the BRT return label, fill in, cut out and apply to the outside of the parcel the form you found inside the parcel received, completing all the required fields.
Also place inside the parcel the order confirmation received by email when the order was placed.
ONLY IF YOU ARE RESIDENT IN COUNTRIES OTHER THAN ITALY / GERMANY / AUSTRIA / FRANCE / SPAIN / NETHERLANDS / POLAND, you do not need to print the label, as the courier will collect the parcel at your address and will apply the label himself.
You will only need to apply the form found inside the parcel.
5) You will receive a notification email when we process your return package and close the case.
Refunds are processed on average within 15 working days, up to a maximum of 30 days from the arrival of your return package in our warehouse, according to the timing of the selected banking circuit.
The refund will be made to the same card used for the payment.
If you have chosen a size/model exchange, your replacement pair will be shipped within 4/5 working days.
For orders paid cash on delivery, it is necessary to specify IBAN, name and surname of the account holder during the pickup booking phase (see point 3).
Any shipping costs (applicable only for orders outside Italy) are non-refundable.
In any case, inside the package you receive, you will find a sheet with instructions to follow for the return procedure.
